2013 Tournament Rules

1. ABSOLUTELY NO CARRY IN'S (FOOD OR BEVERAGE) Wi Admin Code 8.21   Any team violating this rule will be disqualified from the tournament with no refund.
2. Coordinator may change format at anytime due to inclement weather.
3. After Home Run limit, any untouched Ball Over the Fence is an out.
4. All Bats must be ASA approved. 
5. One Swinging Strike.  Two Called Strikes are outs.
6. Arch 6' - 12' from ground.
7. 12 run rule will be enforced any time after 5 complete innings, losing team must bat 5 innings.
8. No Metal Spikes.
9. No Courtesy Step
10. One Re-entry per Player, must be same position in order.
11. No Grace Period.
12. Each Player can play on one Team.
13. If number of batters is reduced, position in the order becomes automatic out- only exception is major injury at umpire's discretion.
14. Each player must sign an official waiver form before playing at Pioneer Bowl.
15. Pioneer Bowl Inc, tournament director and umpires are not liable for any injuries sustained during the course for the tournament.
16. All Pioneer Softball Association and ASA Rules apply.
